Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you want and use your plan until the end of the billing period.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial right now. You can start with the Starter plan and only upgrade if Postara saves you time.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.

Who owns the content we post?

You own all of your content. Postara only helps you schedule and publish it.

What are the posting limits and supported media?

Daily limit: 5 scheduled posts per user (UTC day). Platforms per post: Starter up to 2, Campaign up to 6, Pro up to 6. Media: images and videos are supported (image/*, video/*). File size limits depend on the provider and platform — very large uploads may fail.
